Whenever possible, we use salvaged or storm-fallen trees, giving the wood a second life and turning nature’s story into something beautiful, functional, and meaningful. There’s something instantly eye-catching about a plaid pattern in natural wood — and this board brings it to life with rich Walnut, warm Cherry, and bright Maple as the main tones, accented by thin Maple and Walnut strips running 90° to each other for that crisp, woven look. It feels light, fresh, and full of movement, almost like fabric… but built to work.

Beyond the look, this is a board made for everyday kitchens. End-grain construction is gentle on knives, durable for years of use, and naturally resistant to deep scoring. The mix of hardwoods gives you strength where you need it and beauty you’ll notice every single time you reach for it.

A Note About the Wood

While we carefully craft every product, nature always has the final say — these organic differences are a beautiful reminder that no two pieces are ever the same, making yours truly one of a kind.

🧼 Care & Maintenance
Crafted from natural wood, your board is designed to age beautifully with proper care. Simple, regular maintenance will preserve its rich character and ensure it remains a functional and elegant piece for years to come.

Daily Care:
Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water using a soft cloth or sponge. Towel dry, then stand the board on its edge to allow it to air dry completely.

Reconditioning:
When the wood begins to appear dry or dull, clean and dry the board thoroughly. Apply a food-safe board conditioner or mineral oil with a clean, soft cloth. Allow it to absorb for several hours or overnight, then gently wipe away any excess.

Please avoid soaking or placing in the dishwasher, as prolonged exposure to water can damage the wood.
