Whenever possible, we use salvaged or storm-fallen trees, giving the wood a second life and turning nature’s story into something beautiful, functional, and meaningful.  These end-grain cutting boards are built around the deep, natural beauty of walnut, with fine maple accent strips woven through for contrast and quiet detail. The result is a surface that feels warm, intentional, and unmistakably handcrafted.

Though similar in design, each board brings its own thoughtful approach to handling. One features cleanly routed side handles that make lifting and moving effortless. The other keeps its edges uninterrupted, relying instead on a softly beveled underside that creates a comfortable, natural grip — proof that good design doesn’t need to shout.

End-grain construction gives these boards exceptional durability and a knife-friendly surface that’s made for real kitchen work. Finished by hand to let the grain speak for itself, they’re as satisfying to use as they are to leave out on the counter.

Built for daily prep, generous gatherings, and years of use — these are boards meant to be reached for, not tucked away.

The board with the cut in handles is- 15 ⅜” x 11 ½” x 1 ½”

The board with the bevelled bottom is- 14 ¾” x 10 ⅞” x 1 ½”

Although all efforts to make our boards to these measurements, depending on how much tooling is involved during assembly size could vary +/- 1-2%

A Note About the Wood

Wood is a natural material, and every piece we make tells its own story. Variations in grain, color, and natural markings are part of what make each item special. While we carefully craft every product, nature always has the final say — these organic differences are a beautiful reminder that no two pieces are ever the same, making yours truly one of a kind.

🧼 Care & Maintenance
Crafted from natural wood, your board is designed to age beautifully with proper care. Simple, regular maintenance will preserve its rich character and ensure it remains a functional and elegant piece for years to come.

Daily Care:
Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water using a soft cloth or sponge. Towel dry, then stand the board on its edge to allow it to air dry completely.

Reconditioning:
When the wood begins to appear dry or dull, clean and dry the board thoroughly. Apply a food-safe board conditioner or mineral oil with a clean, soft cloth. Allow it to absorb for several hours or overnight, then gently wipe away any excess.

Please avoid soaking or placing in the dishwasher, as prolonged exposure to water can damage the wood.
